The Victory Publishing online shop (the "Shop") is operated by Gregor Dolar - self-publisher. By using this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

Note: Victory Publishing does not have a physical office. All activities are conducted exclusively online and via email.
3. Product offer
The shop offers original books and other publications. All prices are expressed in euros (€) and do not include VAT, as the provider is not a taxable person in accordance with Article 94(1) of the VAT Act. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and availability of products without prior notice.
4. Orders and payments
The customer selects the desired product, adds it to the basket and completes the purchase via the online checkout. Payment is made using the methods provided by the shop's system. After successful payment, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation.
5. Delivery
Printed books are shipped using reliable logistics providers, depending on the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. Digital products (e.g. PDF) are delivered directly by email or via a download link.
Failure to accept delivery (e.g. refusal to take delivery or missing a collection deadline) will not be considered a valid withdrawal from the contract.
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the physical product, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). The product must be unused and undamaged. The customer is responsible for the costs of return.
In the case of digital products (e.g. PDF), withdrawal is not possible if the transfer was initiated with the explicit consent of the customer.

7. Non-receipt of the consignment
Failure to accept delivery does not constitute a valid withdrawal from the contract. As the right of withdrawal only takes effect upon receipt of the product, it cannot be exercised in such cases.
Failure to take delivery constitutes a breach of contract on the part of the buyer, as the product has been dispatched as ordered. The customer shall be liable for the costs incurred. The contract remains in force and is subject to the Code of Obligations.
8. Protection of personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable law. It is used exclusively for order fulfilment, delivery and communication with customers. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and files, is protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, reproduction or any use without written permission is prohibited.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send your complaints to shop@victory-publishing.org. We try to resolve any disagreements amicably. If this is not possible, the courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction to settle disputes.
11. Final provisions
This document was last updated on 4 April 2025. We reserve the right to make changes to the content at any time without prior notice. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
