Returns and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the physical product.

This right only applies to physical products that have actually been taken delivery of. In the event of non-acceptance of the shipment, the right of withdrawal does not arise as the time limit starts from the date of receipt of the product.

2. Refund procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at shop@victory-publishing.org and specify your order number, name, address and the product you want to return.

3. Refund conditions

• The product must not have been used, damaged or altered.
• If possible, return the product in its original packaging.
• The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

4. Exceptions

No refund is possible for digital content (e.g. PDF files) that has been downloaded or delivered at the express request of the buyer, as the buyer expressly waives the right of withdrawal by placing the order.

5. Refund of the purchase price

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt. The refund will be made in the same way as payment was made, unless we agree otherwise.

6. Non-receipt of the consignment

Failure to accept delivery shall not be considered a valid withdrawal from the Contract. Such an act constitutes a breach of the buyer's contractual obligations and the relationship shall be judged in accordance with the Code of Obligations.
