Delivery and payment
1. Delivery methods
We ship printed books with reliable logistics providers. The delivery costs are calculated at the time of checkout depending on the delivery location and the quantity of products ordered.
2. Delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time within Slovenia is 2-4 working days. In case of delays or exceptional circumstances, we will notify you by email.
3. Digital content
Digital products (e.g. PDF files) are delivered immediately after a successful order - either by email or as a direct download from the website.
4. Payment methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (payment by invoice)
All payments are secure and processed through certified payment providers. You will receive a confirmation email after a successful transaction.
5. Mandatory advance payment
All orders are processed only after full payment has been received. We do not offer cash on delivery or personal collection.
6. Non-receipt of the consignment
If the customer does not take delivery of the physical product (e.g. on delivery or at the collection point), this does not constitute a valid withdrawal from the contract. The right of withdrawal only takes effect from the date of receipt of the product.
In such cases, the contract will remain in force. Failure to take delivery shall be considered as a breach of the Buyer's contractual obligations, as the product has been dispatched in accordance with the confirmed order. The legal relationship is governed by the Code of Obligations.

Victory Publishing does not allow personal collection. All products are sent by post or delivered digitally.
